You'll be able to run at a very fast speed.You can't run fast if your fat level is full otherwise you can run fast with skinny and mascular body.
And don't try to run on roads heading up because of fast speed you'll either be thrown backward or get stuck in the road.If you get stuck in the road don't worry just let go of touchscreen and then try to move him.

This will add super punch in GTA San Andreas Superman Mod
